Matteson Realty Services manages commercial and residential properties in the San Francisco Bay area. Matteson Investments provides clients with real estate investment opportunities. 

Expert Support provides a range of technical support services from the property management business applications to the day-to-day hardware and network support.

Property Management Operations

We supported the site managers and the property management operations group with expertise with GEAC/AMSI Power Site and Power Suite business applications. Initially, we were the sole source of support; later, we trained our replacement, a Matteson employee, to be the primary source of AMSI expertise to the Matteson sites. In addition, we provided technical support for the sites' computer hardware and software.

Home Office Support

Expert Support was Matteson's outsourced IS Manager. We provided technical support for the network, computer hardware and software to the staff in the home office. We migrated Matteson's staff to a Year 2000 compliant environment.  

Investment Management Support

For the investment side of the business, we built a customized application that tracks the history and status of investors. This application reduced the time and labor associated with maintaining the investment transaction data; tasks that used to take a week can now be done in less than a day by non-management staff.
