On the H1 timeframe, the S&P 500 is moving sideways within the 7,050–7,150 range following a strong rally, signaling a supply–demand balance near the highs. Momentum is weakening as price faces repeated rejection around 7,140–7,150, while buying interest continues to hold near the EMA50–EMA100. The current structure suggests a consolidation phase. A breakout above 7,150 could extend the uptrend, while sustained selling pressure may trigger a pullback toward lower support levels.
On the H1 timeframe, the S&P 500 is maintaining a sideways structure near its highs following the previous strong rally, with price action shifting into a consolidation phase rather than continuing to expand the trend. Price is currently fluctuating within a relatively clear range, with resistance at 7,140–7,150 and short-term support around 7,050–7,060, indicating a balanced supply–demand environment.
Short-term momentum is showing signs of weakening as multiple bullish attempts are rejected at the highs, forming equal highs and reflecting increasing selling pressure in this area. However, on the downside, pullbacks into support zones are consistently absorbed, suggesting that buying interest remains intact and continues to protect the short-term bullish structure. At the same time, price is still being supported by both the EMA50 and EMA100.
Currently, US500 is approaching dynamic support formed by the EMA50 after establishing a lower high around 7,120–7,130, indicating that bullish momentum is slowing and the market is entering a consolidation phase at elevated levels.
In the short-term scenario, if price can hold above the 7,080–7,090 zone and break decisively above 7,150, the uptrend may resume, opening the way for further upside toward new highs. Conversely, if price continues to face rejection below the 7,140–7,150 resistance zone and fails to establish corresponding higher highs, the short-term bullish structure could weaken, increasing the likelihood of a deeper pullback toward lower support areas around 7,065–7,075.
