Clients are placed into different loyalty membership tiers based on the total notional volume of their closed positions over the past 90 days. As you move up the tiers, you unlock the ability to earn more miles for every trade on Forex(FX), Metals, BTC and Oil*

Tier upgrades are applied the next day after closing your first trade, once the volume criteria is met.
Moving between tiers:
Daily evaluation (~01:00 CET+3) based on last 90 days' volume.
• Monthly evaluation on the 1st of each month based on last 90 days' volume. • Inactivity of 20 consecutive days results in a one-level demotion.

The XS Trading Miles program is a loyalty initiative designed to reward clients for their trading activity. You earn XS Miles with every eligible trade on XS.com, which can later be redeemed for cash rewards. Tips: You'll earn more Miles when you're upgraded to a higher loyalty tier with XS. *Selected products and account types only.Terms and Conditions apply.
Getting started is simple. Just trade on selected products using an eligible account type. For each lot traded on eligible account types and instruments held for over 2 minutes, the Miles will be automatically accumulated based on your current loyalty tier. If you're a new client, register here and then start trading to earn your XS Miles.
Your loyalty tier is based on on your trading volume (NV) from closed trades in the past 90 days. The tiers range from "Trader" to "Top Trader," with specific notional volume requirements designed to reward your trading activity.
Promotions: Reviewed daily, so you could be upgraded to a higher tier as early as the next day if you meet the trading volume requirement. Demotions: Evaluated on the first day of each month, or if there's inactivity for 20 consecutive days.
You can earn XS Miles by trading on Standard, Classic, Extra, Plus, Pro, and Elite accounts. Eligible instruments include Forex, Metals, Oil, and BTC. To accumulate XS Miles, positions must be held for at least 2 minutes.
No, there's no maximum limit! You can earn as many XS Miles as your trading activity allows.
To redeem your XS Miles, 1) Log in to your XS Client Portal. 2) Navigate to the "Redeem XS Miles" page. 3) Select the reward you wish to redeem and submit. Once approved, cash will be credited to your wallet.
You can access your XS Miles balance and Loyalty Tier through the client portal under XS Miles section
Once your redemption form is submitted, XS will review it within 5 working days. Cash reward: After approval, the reward will be credited to your wallet automatically.
