Q: Can I open multiple accounts with XS? If so, how do I manage them?

Yes, you are allowed to open up to 10 live trading accounts for each account type per platform. You can easily manage these accounts by logging into your client area, expanding the “Accounts” tab, and clicking “Account Overview.”

Q: Can I open an additional trading account under the same profile?

Yes, you can open up to 10 trading accounts for each account type under your profile per platform. If you require more than 10 accounts, please let us know, and we will forward your request to the relevant department for review.

Q: How do I transfer funds between my XS accounts?

Yes, you can transfer funds between your accounts by following the steps below:Login into client area https://my.xs.com/loginOn the left-hand side, you will see the toolbar.Click Funds, and then Transfer Funds.Select your wallet or your trading account of your choice.Next, select the trading account that you want to be transferred and click continue.Enter the transfer amount and click continue.Check the overview and click continue.You will receive a confirmation email once your transfer is completed.

Q: How do I upgrade or downgrade my account type?

We do not allow changes to the account type. However, you can open a new trading account using your preferred account type.Please note that you can open up to 10 new live accounts for each account type per platform.
