Technical Writer
Eric has worked in the technical publications field since 1979, in print and on line, specializing in technical audiences, among them the following: Apple support engineers, Pick programmers, telecommunications engineers, system administrators, Notebook designers, XML programmers, processor programmers, Sarbanes-Oxley accountants, radiology operators, as well as technical writers who use FrameMaker and WebWorks templates that he designed.
When the opportunity presents itself, Eric has an near-overwhelming compulsion to create a database or a Microsoft Word VBA macro. One such database was still in use over four years after its inception, which has not helped remedy this compulsion.
Eric started out at ESI making updates of data books for some of NeoMagic Corporation’s acceleration chips. Recently, Eric has been creating and editing Yahoo! on-line help and tutorials.
