How Can I Access My Monthly/Annual Statements?

You can download your statements directly from the Account History section in MetaTrader.

MT5:

Open the MT5 terminal
Go to the Toolbox panel
Select the History tab
Right-click anywhere in the history area
Choose Custom Period

MT4:

Follow the same steps as MT5
The only difference is that in MT4, the “Toolbox” is referred to as the “Terminal”
