What Should I Do If My Xs Mastercard Is Lost Or Stolen?

Lost: Please contact Support or your Account Manager immediately. A replacement request form will be sent to you to complete and sign. Once submitted, a new card will be issued.

Stolen: Report the incident immediately via Gate2Pay WhatsApp chat or contact your Account Manager to block the card and prevent unauthorized use.
