• Emails ending with @xs.com
• Emails ending with @send.xs.com

Any email claiming to be from XS that does not originate from one of these domains should be treated with caution.

How to identify legitimate XS emails

• Gmail users: Clients using Gmail may see a verified checkmark next to XS emails. This indicates that the sender has been authenticated by Google and confirms the message was legitimately sent from XS.
• Other email providers (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.): Verification indicators may differ depending on the provider. While visual cues can vary, email authentication standards are continuously being enhanced across major platforms.

Important security notice

XS never sends emails requesting clients to fill in sensitive information via email.

If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from XS, do not interact with it and contact XS Support immediately for verification.
